Lochwinnoch is nice but the water is filthy (bird reserve). If you won't fall in it's a good one.
White Loch is small but nice for a wee paddle.
Loch Lomond - take your pick but Firkin point is quieter than Luss.
The canal.
If you fancy going further afield you can paddle at the river Shiel and onto Loch Shiel by the Glenfinnan Monument.
Loch Venachar by Callander.
The Clyde if you're brave (and immunised).
Down by Moffat there's st Mary's loch too.

There's a really nice book called Blue Scotland (biting my tongue on the name) that has loads of paddle spots. I have a SUP not a kayak but pretty interchangeable on paddle spots.
