It was definitely a million times worse in the 90s/00s than it is now. The statistics prove it as well.
The difference is kids were just running about housing schemes with machetes and stanleys tearing each other apart rather than going into the toon. Much more localised. There's an influx of young folk kicking about the town nowadays cause there's a lot more for them to do in terms of underage gigs and events and stuff. |
