This website will tell you the Euro rating of your car.
It’s a pain in the hoop to use, especially on a phone. Put in your make, model and month and year of registration to find the right vehicle (all this info is on your V5 if anyone isn’t sure).
Once you have the right make/model, click the blue highlighted link under the ‘description’ field. It then gives you all the vehicle info - you are looking for Euro rating. If it’s a petrol, Euro 4 or higher is ok. For a diesel, it’s got to be Euro 6.
The GCC website only says most cars after a certain year of make should be compliant, but it’s not always the case. Some diesel Audis made after 2015 are Euro 5 for example, so would not be compliant.
