Based on your requirements I’d look at North Kelvinside which is very residential and quite quiet, but you’re only a 10 minute walk away from the centre of the west end.
Shawlands is also a good option.
I wouldn’t worry about tenement flats being noisy. You’ve really no more likely to have problems in them compared to a new build.
