Our old flat in shawlands was £600 a month for the 2.5 years we were there. Landlord didn’t up price the whole time we were in it. As soon as we left, it was advertised as £750. Snapped up in a week. It was a ground floor, cold, tenement flat with a mould issue. 620 is decent.
