Please, please, please don't let this get you down. I left school with zero qualifications and managed to get a degree at the age of 26, you absolutely can do it if that's what you want. I hope it's okay but I went and had a look at some courses for you, I checked the ones that have a biology option.

Do you have any national 4 qualifications? I had a look at Glasgow Clyde College for you (Langside campus) and they offer a National 4 course which is a science path, you would study Nat 4's in English, Maths, Biology & Chemistry, plus a personal development class. They offer it for the Nat 5 route, but if you don't have the Nat 4's then you can't get the entry to it. This could be a good way to start fresh though and study the classes you want by taking the Nat 4 route ([link for it here](https://www.glasgowclyde.ac.uk/courses/4203304-national-4-with-sciences-level-4/4765)).

If you don't feel ready for college, there is absolutley nothing wrong with going and getting a job. You could do this, but study part time with the Open University. Even if it takes you a little longer, the qualifications still count and you can get the fees covered by a part time fee grant.

Whatever you chose will be the right option, good luck.
