Nonetheless they have multiple locations, and crucially, make good coffee. I also often get beans from them which are reasonably priced.
I think they also have a bakery component, but I don't bother with that.
Not sure why they're a copy paste job, I've been to a few and never thought they were exactly like Gordon Street any more than all specialty coffee shops have similarities.
