If you want a proper lengthy drive with some fantastic dips and turns but also gives you a good view of the road ahead (and mountains), the drive up to glenshee is one of my favourites. You can stop at the ski centre for a bit of lunch and it's such a beautiful area if you continue down the road. Always a lot quieter up there past the snow season compared to the loch lomond/glencoe routes
