The NHS is skint af. My wife dislocated her shoulder a few years back and had to beg them to put it back in. They wanted to leave it “because she’s old and doesn’t really need her arm that much” (she very much does need her arm actually) It was out of its socket for a year before she finally got surgery to put it back in.
