| Comment | I wouldn't be taking on a BTL property with interest rates as high as they are just now. Assuming you've got at least a 25% deposit and meet the BTL mortgage criteria, tbh you'd be better keeping the money and investing it elsewhere.
That said you won't get much for under 110k in a "nice" area. Cessnock/Ibrox yes possibly, not traditionally considered nice, but they're totally fine. You might get lucky and find something for cheaper that needs work. Springburn and the north probably your best bet. |
