This - I wanted to buy a 'proper' 1-bed flat with full-sized kitchen (cos I'm a foodie who loves cooking) and they were almost impossible to find, having all been converted into 2-beds.
I did find one eventually, and it's great, including having the sleeping alcove office like /u/GoGoGoldenSyrup describes and plenty of storage.
