Fellow anxious person here. I use google maps on my phone to see exactly what bus I should get, from where, and how long it will take. I also usually get my ticket on the app in advance. There’s been some really good advice here so I won’t go into further detail but I will say that the more you get the bus, the easier it’ll get! You’ve got this.
