Costs nothing up front, they make their money on commission. So yes you are effectively paying for it from your monthly payment, but the same is true if you go via a bank as you will be paying for their "advisor". Some advisors can charge a few hundred.

Question - you considering a fix or a variable?

Our renewal is coming up, so just interested in what people are thinking.
