| Comment | First Bus's tap on/tap aff system is the best thing they've done in years. Don't even need to speak to the driver anymore, tap your card and wait for the beep and sit down. McGills is still telling the driver where you're going though.
If you think you've been overbilled afterwards they've got a website you can put your card details into and you can appeal any charges - had a few refunds through it.
