I'm due a renewal in November and thinking of taking a 2 year fix.

I don't reckon the interest rates will jump up massively again, and likely will start to drop off, but just in case there's another spike would like to make sure my payments stay at a level we are comfortable and we can go into a longer fix if things have recovered in 2 years.
