I stayed in an Airbnb for a week and worked remotely, I looked at all the letting agents listings for weeks leading up to being here, refreshing every hour and effectively obsessed over it, I booked in as many viewings as I could fit in for the time I was here and kept a spreadsheet to keep track, brought my bike with me and pedalled around like a psycho.
I applied for one that I viewed almost right away and I guess got lucky with it - super happy with my location now, was hard work but worth it! |
