| Comment | We moved into our flat 2 years ago. When we arrived, the grey food waste bin was chock full of a mixture of some food waste but also empty bottles, nappies, general household waste and so on. The council wouldn't empty it because it wasn't food waste. It's become full of liquid as the organic waste breaks down..someone put a brick on the lid to keep it closed. Still there, I've phone the council many times and they won't do a thing about it. Well, last week, a neighbourhood kid knocked it over..so now our back pathway has all of this literal shit lying over it, absolutely honking, and still....council won't do anything. |
