Comment	There is no sense of a community, people are more insular and selfish. If the neighbours met each other there would be more social pressure, but people don't care. There is no higher power, no one watching. Life is just by chance, there is no meaning to life so I will just worship my pleasures in the search for hedonism. Everyone is just an random blip. My opinion is biased, as I am a recent practicing Muslim. Sense of community is waining, and no one is watching, so hell with the neighbours. Where as its part of my religion to do the following in regards to the neighbour : Allah says: “Serve Allah, and join not any partners with Him; and do good – to parents, kinsfolk, orphans, those in need, neighbours who are near, neighbours who are strangers, the Companion by your side, the wayfarer [you meet], and what your right hands possess: For Allah loveth not the arrogant, the vainglorious.” (Quran 4:36) Prophet Mohammad said: "Angel Jibril(Gabriel) advised me continuously to take care of the neighbor till I thought that Allah is to make him an inheritor." The Prophet, (Peace and blessings be upon him) said: "By Allah, he is not a believer! By Allah, he is not a believer! By Allah, he is not a believer.’’ It was asked, "Who is that, O Messenger of Allah?’’ He said, "One whose neighbour does not feel safe from his evil.” There are many more statements about neighbours we are told to enforce, depending on how high our faith is, we fail being good neighbours in many ways. But the commands are there.
