| Comment | Surprisingly not a huge amount cheaper though - if you were use the bus on a daily basis. The cheapest car on cinch (you could get cheaper) is around £80 per month on hire purchase. If you add on £20pw for fuel, and say £5pw for insurance, total pw would be £45.
Taking the bus 5 days a week would be £25. I’d probably take the car for an extra £20, and enjoy the additional freedoms it provides.
Caveat is the deposit needed for the car. And maybe my very generous fuel and insurance estimations :p |
