The nurses there told me wednesday at 9am but i found one on a monday at 4pm when they released some. It can change really quickly. I found the easiest thing was to explain to my gyno the issues i was having and she got the receptionist to text me whenever they released apps. I waited 5 months past the exp date of my coil before i managed to get in.
