What you went through is not pleasant but also not uncommon for women. I think young people are a lot more switched on to misogynistic behaviour than your generation were.
I think most of the nightclub landscapes have changed with the times as well and have initiatives in places to ensure women are safe while they’re in their club.
It’s a woman’s right to choose and I believe you made the right choice for your circumstances. It doesn’t make you evil or lesser in any way. Just sensible. |
