This reminds me of when i worked as a chef in a cafe. Some parents ordered soup for their kid and the kid spilled the soup on themselves and burned themselves. They tried to give me a bollocking for serving hot soup, when due to food safety the soup has to be above 74 degrees (actually 82c for kids food)
