| Comment | No. Site Health and Safety is supposed to exclude anyone without clearance and without health and safety training. If kids were getting in continually as you say then its entirely the fault of the construction company not putting up proper fences and not providing proper security.
Wee kids getting in and messing about is a risk at every construction site. Placing the blame on parents is pure victim blaming, sorry. |
