| Comment | If the police won't do anything then there isn't much you can do but repeatedly report it. Maybe you could go to the papers to try and shame them into doing something about it if it's happening frequently enough to be a consistent issue. I'm not sure if the papers would care but then again, literally saw a news article the other day about the rain. |
