Even Glass-cow the American way would be okay, I guess. People find that pronunciation amusing and funny but they'd mostly understand it was at least authentic in an American accent. So it's not like a piss-take or an affectation. But a simple Glaz-go will sail past the ears of even the most cynical interlocutor.
