| Comment | Do you understand how H & S law works on construction sites? Inadequate fencing and uncovered manholes are the contractors fault. A kid falls down a hole and dies? Almost certainly the contractors responsibilty unless they can demonstrate they did absolutely everything to stop it, which very clearly they didnt as there was a gap in the heras fence and the hole was left uncovered. And they would have known about the kids issue. Blaming the dead kid's parents is absoluty wild. |
