| Comment | Because your opinion/ hearsay/tut tutting re: someone's supposed parenting skills (or lack of) is completely irrelevant. There are a raft of laws and procedures to prevent workplace accidents in particular on construction sites. They need to risk assess and mitigate whatever the site specific risks are, including kids getting on, animals, whatever. They didnt do that adequately and the courts have ruled.
You are the one victim blaming, based off hearsay on a reddit post, so maybe you need to ask yourself a few questions. |
