The area is lovely and why I had initially wanted to put an offer but now I’m hesitant. I read it can cause cancer and asthma even with inhaling it. My concern is that I don’t know how wide of an exposure to an area the chromium would affect. But then again as you say if it was that dangerous surely people wouldn’t continue living there and Avant wouldn’t still be building more flats unless they went ahead since they got planning permission much earlier on.
Seems rubbish you can’t grow your own fruit and veg if you wanted to. It also seems like issue won’t be fixed anytime soon if there is no funding. |
