Same as although you may need to take the car but it is super handy to get to places and close to supermarkets. Definitely safety and health of you and your family come first!
That was one of my main concerns is negative equity given in this current housing market the house prices have gone sky high along with the interest rates I wouldn’t want to be trapped or go into negative equity.
This seems to have been a known issue but was hushed hushed. I’m a bit shocked I had to dig deep into this Reddit to find out about this ongoing issue. I’d have thought online it would mention something on this. I think I’ll also have to think about moving elsewhere now. |
