Must haves and nice to haves.
My personal "must have" list is straight forward. Can't look like a crack den. I'm so surprised how many flats that are in the price range I'm looking at look like utter shit and in one case the close smelled of human shit. My fiancée is a nurse and is very familiar with the smell of human shit. She just walked out. The hash leaf burned into the back of the close door was a particularly cool feature.
And btw it's not a price range thing - we've been to some beautiful flats in the same bracket and just been beaten to the punch! |
