| Comment | I live in a country half the time where as a pedestrian you can lose your driver's licence or get fined for crossing an empty road against the lights. It's fucking stupid. Of course, teenage cunts can zip about on lethal scooters all over the pavements and pedestrian areas though. In Glasgow they do fine you for any kind of littering (one of those wankers threatened to find me for cigarette ash a few years ago) but obviously it's not doing much good. If GCC need more money, they should wind their corrupt necks in or ask their Pat Lally shifty bastard pals for a loan, or donate their bribes to the council budget.
