West end is quite pricy - so you need to weigh up travel cost vs living there.

Paisley and EK are quite far and you would have to get multiple buses / trains. I personally wouldn’t recommend these options.

Depends on your budget and want area you want to live in.

If you have the cash, find a place in the west end.

Southside is cheaper - and close to the city centre.

Cambuslang is also cheaper and relatively close to the city centre.

Denniston is in the east end, but you need ti be more careful with area.

Charring cross is an option that’s close.

City centre of Glasgow would be a short journey to the west end, but I’ve no idea on pricing.
