| Comment | Good on you for being a landlord with a conscience. I think your tenant is abusing your understanding attitude now. There are plenty other potential tenants out there in difficult situations who will fall over themselves for a landlord like you - give someone else a chance who won’t take the piss. You have already been tolerant, and taking a punt on a new tenant who appreciates the opportunity you are giving them could make a big difference to someone’s life. |
