| Comment | This has been going on for years. He's owned that building for.. fuck knows, but it's been like that since I can ever remember and I started dossing around town about 20 years ago. So, even if he's not owned it all that time, he bought it knowing the state it was in - it's not like it came a surprise to him.
He's just trying to milk GCC and Heritage Scotland because it's "A Listed", but his demands are effectively tantamount to blackmail because he's holding the threat of the building becoming condemned over their heads as though it will be *their* fault if it happens.
The guy is a top shelf, weapons grade cunt and he should be relieved of his ownership of the building immediately. |
