Ofcourse. I absolutely believe in incentives and the issue with the housing market in the UK is that the incentives are fucking backwards. But it must be said that if every brownfield site i the UK was used, it would only be space for 1 million homes. While we need over 300,000 per year to keep ourselves "standing still".


The point is we need to build not only on brown belt but green belt also. Green belt land for the most part isnt particular important ecologically, its been completely captured by cunts that want their house prices to inexorably rise.
