Good place to go to not only experience how others live in recovery but also the possibility of meeting new friends.
I went to my first NA meeting at 2 days clean on June 4th 2001, took a bit of time but I've met and become friends with some of the most amazing people I could ever have wished to be in my life.
Being clean I've travelled the world, I've danced, I've sung (badly) I've gotten educated, I've been married and divorced, I've been to weddings and funerals, I've been to football games following my team round Europe, I've lived a life I could never have imagined when I was using. |
