| Comment | The Factors are paid by the owner, as only they have a contract with the Factor. Should something need fixed - the roof develops a leak etc, you wouldn't be able to contact the Factor yourself, you would need to go through the Landlord/Agency who would contact the Factor on your behalf. You shouldn't be paying it, if anything the Landlord should have accounted for it in the rental payment. |
