They already have bins out on the street for many of the closes in pollokshields where the tenements are. They absolutely stink, they make the street look repulsive and they still don’t get collected frequently enough so there is always overspill, bags dumped at the side.
Nothing is going to work so long as Gcc continue to have too few bin collections.
