Based on current bin collections I think this is where people think the whole thing will fall down. And the problem of blocking some older, smaller pavements depending on where the hub is.
In principal it seems good, I’ve seen similar pick ups in Spain and Greece, but it’s got to be maintained properly. Not all on the council, clatty bastards could muck it up sadly. |
