Any of the chain coffee shops the staff won't care as long as it's not hoaching busy. A starbucks/costa with a drive-thru I've found is ideal, as most of their business is from drive-thrus so the inside seating area is pretty quiet. And they tend to be open later than high streets, some as late as 10pm
