As others have said, British Gas will be expensive - about a grand more than smaller companies. I went with them when I bought my first flat, knowing full well that it would be more expensive. It was my first home and it was a big job involving the removal of a back boiler and water tank and I didn't want to go with a small one-man outfit I'd never heard of. But with hindsight I wouldn't do it again. |
