Fans spin but no POST/boot. Stripped everything down to bare minimum, resat power, tried RAM individually and in different slots, even had a 2nd CPU to try.
The CPU might need a BIOS update which I’ve attempted using the “no components USB flash” thing but no real way to know if it’s been successful or not so bit stuck.
