I totally agree when unions get too big and officials get too close to management they not only lose their strength but also the respect of the members. I'm a former rep and a member of a small grassroots union similar to IWW who were fighting for the Saramanga workers and I have nothing but respect for those guys. IMO smaller unions are often the best option for their members |
