No idea on your work circumstances but some companies offer free employee assistant packages that provide free private ('anonymous' - not reported to your employer) counselling & general support hotlines etc. - mine do via Health Assured.
Never used it like and it might be shite but if your company offer something similar that might be a shout - at least it's something in the meantime?
