I'm currently in therapy with the NHS and it took me less than a month after being referred to the waiting list by my GP to getting my first video-call appointment via the Sandy Road Centre - if you're fine with it not being face-to-face I'd really recommend it, my therapist is amazing and I actually prefer it being remote.
