Greenoakhill. It's a forestry commission site now on the old landfill site. It is actually a really cool walk despite how it sounds. You might bump into one or two people but it's not a big open park so chances of the pup bombing off every 2 seconds are much reduced.
You can do the whole trail which eventually takes you onto the river Clyde if you want a longer walk when the pup gets older. I take my young lab there and it's great. There's a wee car park across from the dogs trust. |
