Also my go-to is either a subway (I know not the healthiest but it has some vegetables), or I get tortillas, grated cheese, meat I like, and then put the frying pan on the hob, put a tortilla in the pan (no oil), add the cheese and the ham, then just fold it in half when the cheese is kinda melted, have that with a bag of salad like rocket, staves off the hunger and you don't feel like shit after |
