Comment | +1 for stir fry as an easy intro to cooking option. Coop do one which is £6 for greens (delish super green option), protein, carb and sauce. Serves 2 so could do you two meals.
To cook stir fry you'll need a fry pan and oil (just a wee bit). Add the oil and cook the protein up ona high heat whilst stirring so it is ready (e.g. with chicken, not pink in the middle), then add the veggies and cook with a couple of minutes, then the carbs and finally the sauce. It should take under 10 mins. I like adding some crunchy peanut butter to mine. |
