Comment | You could try meal prepping? Spend 40 mins cooking but have healthy food ready to go for 4-5 days? Defs the cheapest option but I appreciate may be daunting first time. I'm happy to give some pointers if helpful the sort of things we prepare are soups, pasta bakes, bean chillies, tortilla fillings etc. All with tons of veg and no meat so pretty cheap.
