It's part of the problem. The city is full of them but since harming them is a criminal offence it will result in some investigation and if you're caught, a hefty fine. Not sure they would hand out prison time for seagull murder, but if there's an upper limit to how much you can get fined it might be worth crowdfunding it through indiegogo and invest in a mass extermination of the city. |
